- Today I listened to my body for the first time in a long while! Since my workouts have been strength training, my body is a bit grumpy. My hams and quads were incredibly sore on my left side. So instead of going to Jazzercise and dancing for an hour didn't sound too good. So I went for a glorious, 30 minute walk.
- And got rained on.
- And listened to a really great interview on the podcast Half Size Me.
- Also, it IS possible to pack your lunch, travel and not eat crap.
- Also, there are not enough hours in the day for me to do everything I need to do with work, Lean Eating, and other outlets.
- So I remember: Do what you can, wherever you are, with whatever you have.
And tell me you can't resist a plastic bracelet with different colored mustaches on it?! I didn't think so.
