Lean Eating Day 2

So today was a bear of a day.  Tough day at work, busy, meetings, hard meetings with no clear answers, frustrations.  Truly wanted to come home, eat junk and crash.

I didn't.  I started my 2nd work out at work and realized two things immediately:
  1. I really need my resistance bands and roller to get here b/c all of the moves could have been done at the gym at work
  2. I am not at a place where I like looking in the mirror (yet)

So I started my workout, did what I could, came home to give a kitty her anti-seizure meds, went back out to get the right kind of fish oil, and came home and finished my work out.

I am determined.  I will do this.
