Upped the reps today on my workout. It didn't suck nearly as bad as I thought it would.
The focus is to eat slower these next two weeks. Very challenging for me. I have always eaten too fast. Always.
So here's to me, going slow when it comes to food stuffs.
So hard. SO HARD!! I was good with breakfast and then things went downhill pretty fast. This is such an ingrained, mindless habit that it's going to take some tough work to make it stick.
