Side planks & cold brewed coffee

Week 2, day 1 of Lean Eating.  Quick and dirty version, shall we?
  • Am going to start drinking 32 oz of water before I get to the office every day.  And since it takes me 30 minutes to get to work, I can do eeeet!
  • Why the water? Because the PN-nutritionist had a fancypants scale and it indicted that I was dehydrated.  And it was right.  I had been teaching towards the end of last week and when I teach, I have to hold still.  I can't be wiggle-wormin about, about to piss myself.
  • And while doing my workout today, I realized that the side planks were not kicking my ass as badly as they did last week.  Or maybe it was the fact that I was listening to Beyonce because I want to look like Beyonce...but they didn't suck too bad.  I'm breaking them up in 15 second chunks. One day..I'll be able to do them for 30 seconds straight.
  • And I mastered cold-brewing coffee.  Random, but a fun little high five so I can save $$ and have iced coffee at my hizzy instead of paying for it.  A little gift!
